FUNDAMENTAL QUILTING (Basic techniques for beginners)

Learn to quilt using a standard domestic sewing machine. Participants learn basic quilting terminology, how to prepare fabrics for cutting, borders and sashing strips, and techniques for piecing together quilt blocks to create a decorative quilt top with ease and confidence.

In this interactive camp session, participants engage hands-on experience as the instructor guides the class on a step-by-step journey through the process of selecting and preparing fabrics, measuring, cutting, and stitching together blocks, strips and borders to design a quilt top that is unique to their own personal style.
